We are looking for a

Client Solutions Manager (m/f/d)

to join us in shaping the investment world of tomorrow.

Job Description

You manage the operational processes on client projects and are the contact person for the client in all matters of project organization and management. By building a trusted relationship you support the onboarding process of the client, retain current engagements and identify new opportunities to grow the client’s business with Enlyte. You will build a thorough understanding of client needs, industry trends and best practices in the field of tokenization and digital assets. You will work closely together with other internal departments on joint processes towards increased customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Role Summary

Since Enlyte is one of the first platforms worldwide to support regulatory approved digital assets, by joining our team you can play an active role in shaping the investment world of tomorrow. In this role, you will be encouraged to proactively translate client feedback into actionable insights and ideas for new training materials and service activities.

Candidate Profile

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university level education, prior experience in working with clients and a strong collaborative and proactive approach.

Strong customer-centric, strategic approach
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
You are reliable, organized and service-orientated with a strong motivation to work in a rapidly evolving environment
Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus
You are confident in the handling of common IT applications
Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
